Shipping and Delivery
1. Orders will ship out as per the est. delivery timeline stated in the table above.
2. Shipment is done between Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
If you've ordered on a Sunday or a public holiday, shipment preparation with payment confirmation will be done on the following Monday and shipped out on Monday.
1. We ship via Aramex / Fedex/ DHL Globalmail.
2. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
3. We do not ship to multiple addresses for one single order, please make multiple orders instead.

You will get an email from us once your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking details. Alternatively, please write in an email to info@apestomen.com if you have any questions regarding your order shipment.
Exchange Policy
As soon as your returned item# reaches our office, we will send you an email notification. Exchange of faulty items must be done within 7 days of receiving them. Do take note that there will be will be no exchange requests entertained except for incorrect order sent and that the returned items are your responsibility until they reach our office. Only a one-to-one exchange is allowed and there are strictly no cash refunds.
However do note that the refund amount will be less the payment gateway processing fees which are due to non refund policy for Visa/Master/American Express & Paypal companies. e.g. for Visa/Master Singapore orders processing fee is 3.2% + S$0.50, Rest of world 4.2% + S$0.50
